How participants will benefit

The overall objective of the Self-Management workshop is to give participants increased ability and self-confidence to face the future.

The workshop sets out to help participants to:

  • have heightened self-awareness
  • know how to use personal assets to best advantage
  • know how to capitalise on positive influences
  • know how to minimise the effect of negative influences
  • understand a variety of self-management techniques
  • choose and apply selected techniques for themselves
  • have a new determination to take responsibility for their own attitude, action and destiny
  • have an I CAN DO attitude and a new determination for the future.

Participants will feel more confident that, no matter what the situation and no matter what the world throws at them, they personally have the wherewithal (the assets, attitude, behaviour, energy, and practical techniques) to successfully move forward.

Programme style

This facilitated 1-day motivational workshop takes participants through a re-energising process of reflection, discovery, and determination.
