It is difficult to ignore enthusiasm.
We are more likely to listen to an enthusiastic person.
We are more likely to be convinced by something that is expressed with enthusiasm.
It's infectious.

So what things are you enthusiastic about?
How do you show your enthusiasm?
Who is infected by your enthusiasm?

We can sometimes become complacent about what we do, about the relationships we have, and about everything positive we have going for us. As a result, we may be sending out inaccurate signals about our feelings to people around us.

Sometimes, amongst all our life challenges, we can fail to see anything to be enthusiastic about. The good news is that there is ALWAYS a silver lining - it's just a matter of truly looking to find it!

A great exercise is to make a list of everything positive about yourself, your life and your relationships. The amazing list that is produced is really worth being enthusiastic about!
