LifeDesign for Partners

LifeDesign for Partners provides a framework and a systematic process whereby committed life-partners can share personal insights, explore together their individual and partnership goals, and put into action the steps required to achieve their goals and better life-balance.

Who will benefit?

  • Partners seeking clarity on their individual and shared goals and priorities, perhaps also seeking a better life-balance
  • Partners facing a change in direction in their careers/lives, and needing to establish the new shape of their future
  • Partners with unfulfilled goals and dreams, who are looking for the spark to help them pursue their goals/dreams with more clarity and determination
  • Organisations who recognise that work is but A PART of the life of their employees, and who wish to help their employees achieve better life-balance
  • Organisations who recognise the contribution that partner support makes towards performance at work, and who wish to actively enhance that support.

Programme style

Held in relaxing countryside venues, this facilitated 2-day (week-end) motivational and fun workshop takes participants through a valuable process of reflection ('Where have you been?'), self- and partner-awareness ('Where are you now?'), discovery ('Where do you want to go?'), and determination ('How do you plan to get there?').

Twelve places (6 + 6 partners) are available on each workshop.

In addition to the "open" workshops scheduled each year (please e-mail us for the latest schedule), the workshop is available, with any appropriate customisation, for client organisations.
