Life Design Workshop

The LifeDesign workshop navigates participants through a systematic process and an integrated set of activities that enable them to develop clear life-goals, priorities and direction. The LifeDesign process culminates with the putting into action of the steps required to attain the chosen goals, and achieve better life-balance.

Who will benefit?

  • Individuals seeking clarity on their goals and priorities, perhaps also seeking a better life-balance
  • Individuals facing a change in direction in their careers/lives, and needing to establish the shape of their future
  • Individuals with goals and dreams, who are looking for the spark to help them pursue their goals/dreams with more clarity and determination.
  • Organisations who wish their employees to take proactive responsibility for their personal development and personal motivation
  • Organisations who recognise that work is but A PART of the life of their employees, and who wish to help their employees achieve better life-balance
  • Organisations who wish to provide their employees with a tool-kit which can be used by individuals to architect their own futures in a positive and motivating way
  • (As the workshop material is also recommended to be shared with life-partners, organisations interested in family outreach could run LifeDesign for groups of employees and their partners)

Programme style

This facilitated motivational 2-day workshop takes participants through a valuable process of reflection ("Where have you been?"), self-awareness ("Where are you now?"), discovery ("Where do you want to go?"), and determination ("How do you plan to get there?").

Twelve places are available on each workshop.

Open workshops are arranged based on demand, and are held on weekdays, evenings, or week-ends. Please e-mail us for the latest open schedule or to find out about our in-house workshops.
